In order to better serve you and your pets pharmacy needs, SVRC provides two ways to expedite the processing of your medication refills.
Over the Phone
The dedicated pharmacy voicemail is available for clients’ refills of any medications. When calling the practice, you will be transferred to our pharmacy voicemail. Please state your first and last name, phone number, the name of your pet and prescription refill needed. All medications must be approved by the prescribing veterinarian. This voice mailbox is checked daily from 7AM to 6PM. If you call after hours, your message will be processed the following day. Pharmacy orders are processed in the order they are received. One of our technicians will contact you as soon as your order is ready. In case of emergency or if you need immediate assistance, please call back and speak with our receptionist.
SVRC/The Pet Emergency Room will also process your email request for refills at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please complete the form below and the necessary information. The pharmacy emails are also checked daily between 7 am and 6 pm. All medications must be approved by the providing veterinarian. Once your prescription is processed, you will be notified via email. Prescriptions can be picked-up at the front desk once ready.
